We pull electricity plan data directly from the Power to Choose API, the official source maintained by the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT). This ensures you're seeing accurate, up-to-date rates from all licensed retail electricity providers.
2. Rate Calculation
The rates shown are the all-inclusive price per kWh based on your usage level. This includes:
- •Energy charges (the provider's rate)
- •TDSP delivery charges (Oncor, CenterPoint, AEP, etc.)
- •Base monthly charges (if applicable)
We calculate the effective rate at 500 kWh, 1,000 kWh, and 2,000 kWh usage levels to show you real pricing—not just advertised teaser rates.
3. TDSP Mapping
